We’ve finally arrived at our Christmas-themed December team-building activity, filled with festive cheer! This time, we celebrated with a Christmas hotpot dinner and a gift exchange! 🎁

We’re grateful to everyone on the team for coming together to prepare a variety of fresh hotpot ingredients. A special heartfelt thank you to Eva for personally and lovingly preparing a nourishing herbal broth from scratch. ♥ A warm, steaming hotpot was truly the perfect comfort during this cold and rainy season, warming every single one of our hearts.

The Christmas surprises 🎁 everyone prepared for their colleagues were also wonderfully thoughtful and exciting. Every gift reflected the care and effort put into choosing something meaningful — a true expression of love and sincerity from each and every team member!

We’re also deeply grateful to Eva for conducting an in-depth training session on INDIBA Cell Therapy, equipping every therapist with advanced techniques to help our clients achieve their desired results more effectively! ✌

In October, we had the wonderful opportunity to experience Singing Bowl Yoga at a yoga studio. ❤️ The entire session was deeply relaxing and therapeutic. As we closed our eyes, gentle aromas filled the air while the soothing vibrations of the singing bowls guided our senses into a state of complete comfort and calm.

The resonating sounds flowed through the body, creating a healing experience from within and nourishing both body and mind. It allowed us to release stress and worries naturally, leaving us feeling refreshed and recharged.

This month’s meeting was also different from our usual sessions. We used short role-play performances to present our promotional campaigns, making them easier and more engaging for everyone to understand.

We are always striving to improve, so we can provide every customer with a higher standard of professional service and a more complete skincare experience. 🥰

During our September training, we took part in a “Telepathy” workshop that explored the power of connection, mindset, and positive energy. We learned that the energy we bring into our interactions matters, and that strong belief in ourselves can help us overcome challenges. By staying positive and holding on to our passion and purpose, we can keep moving forward with confidence.

The DIY cake workshop was so much fun! ❤️ Everyone expressed their creativity by decorating a cake that was uniquely their own. Making something with our own hands made the experience even more meaningful, and the entire process was both relaxing and rewarding.

Following Eva’s Elite Speaking Training shared last month, we took the opportunity this time to complete a DISC personality assessment and gained a deeper understanding of each person’s unique strengths and qualities. 🥰 We believe that when we face life with the right mindset at the right stage of life, we will naturally receive beautiful rewards and meaningful success in return. 🫶 The harder we work now, the luckier our future will be. 🍀

The Body Combat class was also incredibly fun and energising! 🔥 It was the first time many of us experienced the joy of working out, sweating, and releasing stress together as a group. Whenever we felt like slowing down, seeing the teammates beside us pushing forward gave us the motivation to keep going. That is the power of movement.

Recently, we’ve interviewed many beauty therapists returning from Singapore in search of jobs back home. We asked them why they chose to give up a salary based on the 3.5 exchange rate.

Reasons:

1. Monthly rent of SGD 1,000–1,500 (even if you share a room to cut the cost in half, living with a roommate can still feel uncomfortable and lacking privacy).

2. Food expenses in Singapore have increased significantly over the past one to two years. Even eating frugally for three meals costs around SGD 20 a day; if you occasionally eat better or add fruits, it can easily reach SGD 35++ per day.

3. They lose a lot of time with their families.

4. The beauty industry in Singapore is very hard-sell, which creates a lot of pressure.

5. After deducting the high cost of living in Singapore, they realized that after working for a few years, there was very little left from their monthly salary—and there’s no EPF. In the end, all that remains is physical and mental exhaustion, along with the loss of many precious moments with family.

A Different July – Experience a Day as a Florist 🌸

It was time for our July gathering once again. This month’s training helped our therapists enhance both their professional beauty knowledge and communication skills. With every training session, we continue to raise our service standards so we can provide every customer with the most comprehensive and thoughtful care. 🥰

We are especially grateful to our founder, Eva, for conducting the Elite Public Speaking Training. It was an inspiring session that brought us valuable insights and personal growth. 🥰💕

We learned that effective communication is truly a skill. Although speaking may seem simple, using the right approach, structure, tone, and logical expression makes all the difference in helping others clearly understand the message we want to convey. 😊

A heartfelt thank you to our boss for arranging a Korean-style floral workshop for us. It was a unique and memorable experience. Our instructor patiently guided us through flower arranging and bouquet decorating, allowing each of us to enjoy the romance of creating a beautiful bouquet with our own hands. 🌸🤩

What made the experience even more meaningful was that every bouquet reflected its creator’s unique personality and style, making each one truly one of a kind. 😍 We created the trending butterfly bouquet design, where the butterfly symbolizes transformation, hope, and new beginnings through the journey of emerging from its cocoon. ✨🥰

June was a month filled with passion for the beauty industry. We are truly grateful to our boss for giving us the valuable opportunity to attend the Alqvimia Malaysia 40th Anniversary Celebration and receive professional training from the Alqvimia educators. 🤩

Early in the morning, we proudly wore our custom-made Barbie pink team uniforms, thoughtfully prepared by our boss, and headed to the event with excitement and joy. No matter our age or the roles we play in life, every woman carries a youthful spirit and a touch of girlhood within her heart. 🥰

We’re grateful to our boss for bringing us to the beautiful outdoor setting of Tiger Base Camp, where we enjoyed the warmth and energy of nature. With clear blue skies, the open sea, and sunshine all around us, it was the perfect environment to refresh our minds, recharge our energy, and leave our worries behind. 🍀

During the Cooking Competition, every team member demonstrated true teamwork by supporting one another, taking responsibility for their own roles, and contributing to the team’s success. Each of us has unique strengths, and when we work together, those strengths come together to create the best possible results. As the saying goes, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” 👣

The Pictionary game brought us plenty of laughter while strengthening the bonds between colleagues. It helped us build better chemistry, understand one another more deeply, and appreciate the importance of communication and teamwork. It also reminded us that when mistakes happen, correcting them promptly helps us get back on track and move closer to success.

By the end of the competition, winning or losing no longer mattered. We were immersed in laughter, music, and the soothing sea breeze. Spending time in nature filled us with positive energy, leaving us refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on new challenges with confidence. ♥
