Wheatgerm is a tiny part of wheat grain (2.5% of the whole), and it’s the embryo which will allow a new plant to grow. It’s the most nutritious part of the grain and it contains the elemental nutrients: most of the fat (rich in vitamin E), minerals (especially zinc and magnesium), carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins and natural antioxidants.
Its unique formula includes palmitic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid.
