It was my first time here for a facial, and I had a great experience! The service was very good, and the staff were all very polite and friendly.

The Ms Pei Xin (skin therapist) here explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my skin condition. She also suggested a few packages that were suitable for my skin needs, and I really appreciated that she recommended options based on my own requirements and budget. There was no pressure at all, just honest and helpful advice.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and will definitely come back again for my next visit.

Came here with my boyfriend for a facial and it was honestly a nice experience.
The place is clean and very relaxing, I almost fell asleep during the treatment.
I have sensitive skin and everything felt gentle and comfortable.
Loved the warm tea and dessert after.
Can see why people keep coming back.

First time visiting after reading the Google reviews. Great experience, cozy setting, comfortable environment.

Pei Xing service was good and gentle, and the cleaning result is good with minimum redness. Will visit again.

Back here few times, consistent good service with skin analysis and targeted treatment. Recommended! 😄

整体服务很好，整个下来也很舒服，说要回去观察几天看皮肤状况才拿配套她们也okay，甜品好吃。可是洗脸没有很干净，不是很专业的手法，洗完之后第二天整个脸很粗，很多油粒，不知道是产品不适合还是什么，来follow up也没用很好的回应。

今天来做了脸部护理，整体体验不错。环境干净舒服，过程也很放松。护理师手法温和，会耐心讲解每个步骤。做完之后脸感觉清爽、保湿度也提升了。整体来说是一次愉快的体验，会考虑再回来。

Pleasantly surprised by the initial skin assessment.
Beautician explained in depth on our skin types, and what we are prone to.
No hard selling was noted though there were recommendations made depending on our skin types.
Went for the basic facial still.

Come here for a few times already and I really love their facial treatment, they are very professional and would choose the treatment based on my current needs. I also really love their back massages that they give bfr the facial begins. Extraction all very detailed and I can feel my face literally “breathing” again.

Ladies at the reception were very nice and friendly. They were very detailed and recommended the suitable treatment for my skin after a short consultation... Therapist was gentle during the facial and gave a very good shoulder massage! Service was top notch.

Staff is very friendly, patient and experienced. The environment is clean, treatment room is cosy and the entire treatment is very comfortable. Tried their facial treatment and has good effects on my skin post treatment. Bought their package after trying for the 1st time and will continue to try other treatments here. Highly recommended 👍🏻

This beauty salon has a clean and comfortable environment, and the beauticians are very professional, explaining each step carefully throughout the treatment. Most importantly, there was no excessive sales pitch, making me feel very relaxed and stress-free. After the treatment, my skin was noticeably cleaner and brighter; overall, it was a great experience.
